La soirée avait pourtant bien commencé. On s’apprêtait à manger nos burgers en regardant vaguement du coin de l’oeil la chute des dominos. Puis on s’est dit que finalement, c’était trop bête. A force d’en entendre parler depuis des mois à la radio, à la télé, dans les journaux, on s’est dit qu’on ne pouvait pas rater l’”Evénement” et que ce serait trop bête de devoir répondre à question “Alors vous avez fait quoi pour les 20 ans de la chute du Mur ?”, “Ben on a mangé des burgers…” On a donc pris nos manteaux, un parapluie et on est sorti pour aller voir ce qui se passait dans la rue. Pas un chat dans le Gräfekiez, ce qui est plutôt habituel. On prend le U-Bahn direction Jannowitzbrücke pour aller voir le Flash Mob et la chaine humaine censée recréer le tracé du Mur. En sortant du métro, pas un chat non plus, on est absolument seuls dans les rues. On décide de reprendre le S-Bahn pour Alexanderplatz. Il se passera forcément quelque chose à Alex, il se passe toujours quelque chose, ne serait-ce que des danseurs de tecktonik version germanik. Rien non plus à Alexanderplatz. Pas le moindre petit stand de Currywurst. Prenant notre courage à deux mains, on décide à marcher jusqu’à la Porte de Brandenbourg par dépit. Unter den Linden est d’une tristesse affligeante. Des gens au visage maussade marchent en sens inverse sous leur parapluie. Toujours pas de stand de Currywurst et pas la moindre animation, au point qu’on se demande si c’est bien aujourd’hui. Finalement, on se retrouve bloqués derrière une foule au milieu d’Unter den Linden (Des militants anti-commémoration !). On marche (longtemps) pour contourner le bloquage et trouver un autre moyen de se rapprocher. Finalement on se retrouve tant bien que mal derrière la Porte de Brandebourg, juste à temps pour voir un feu d’artifice qui va durer à peu près 4 minutes et demi. Dès la fin du feu d’artifice, la foule se dirige vers la Postdamer Platz pour aller s’entasser dans le U-Bahn. On décide de ne pas tenter le coup et de marcher jusqu’à la prochaine station de métro, qui s’avéra être Hallesches Tor à environ 40 minutes de marche de là. Bilan de la soirée : on a les pieds mouillés, les jambes ankylosées et on se dit qu’on aurait dû rester manger nos burgers…

hahahaha, meme chose pour nous, on etaient en arriere de la scene, il pleuvait averse, le petit a ma copine a une envie d’aller aux toilette, on demande a un agent de securite qui nous dit qu’il y en a qu’une a 100 metres de la (pour des dizaines de milliers de gens ! Bravo), on arrive, elle est brisee :) Il y avait tellement de parapluies qu on ne voyait plus l’ecran dehors, on decide finalement de sacrer notre camp a la maison, il a fallu passer une serie de barrieres (ou MURS!) pour se rendre a la seconde station car ils avaient ferme la station la plus proche !!! OUF !!! Que c’etait penible. J’adore Berlin mais cote organisation de grands evenements, c’est carrement manque, c’est meme presque dangereux pour l’avoir vecu auparavant avec le spectacle des marionnettes geantes. Bonne fete Berlin (quand meme) malgre des rates techniques :)

moi je me suis fait une pizza a cassolare… y´avait personne pour une fois. et tous nos potes qui etaient venu expres pour ce week end sont rentrés trempé et gelé et en ayant juste vu 4 domino polysterene tomber. woooww!!

Les Ptits Loups,
à Bornholmer Str., là où l’Histoire raconte que la première barrière fut levée le 9.11.89, et bien c’était comme je me l’imaginais.
Des grappes de gens sous la pluie avec leurs parapluies qui “commémoraient” au sens juste du terme. La RBB était là, alternant entre projection d’images d’archives et itw, les bougies étaient allumées, quelques bières et coupes de champagne, une messe improvisée (si, si!), de quoi se restaurer…
Des Trabants sont passées en klaxonnant sur le Bösebrücke éclairé. Même les ICE qui passaient en-dessous se sont signalés. Au-loin dans la nuit, la Fernsehturm dans le brouillard et les spots de la Brandenburger Tor qui se perdent dans le ciel.
J’étais trempé et frigorifié, mais ça m’a rudement plu.

de la pluie toute la journée. des touristes en pagaille. des berlinois bien au chaud dans leurs maisons. quelques photos histoire de dire. une journée étrange…

Du 9 novembre, je n’aurai vu que le monde entassé à Potsdamer Platz, et de la fenêtre de mon bureau les convois de présidents arrivant sur les lieux… Sirènes à volonté et pluie…

un peu pareil en beaucoup plus court,
tout simplement les allemands ne fetaient pas les 20 ans de la chute du mur…

Moi j’étais scié de voir le nombre de Francais venus pour ca. Par contre pas mal d’Allemands du boulot n’en avaient rien à faire…
Moi j’ai passé la soirée avec les militants de Berlin sur la coupole du Bundestag pour voir tout ca au sec et au pas trop froid, à l’invitation de Ségolène Royal. C’était pas énormissime, mais sans doute mieux que dans la foule !

Moi, par cause de mauvais temps, j’ai juste sorti la télé du placard pour les discours (j’aime bien les discours). Celui de Nicolas 1er, dans la veine postiche post Kennedienne sans scrupule a vraiment été à la hauteur de mes attentes ! Question : Leila, sais-tu si ce groupe anti-commémoration (anti-célébration peut-être ?) se serait manifesté sur le net (sous un nom, une bannière, un slogan) ? Ca m’intéresse. Merci!
