Burgermeister, the best Burger in Berlin

Si vous aussi, vous voulez votre Burgasme, pas besoin d’aller à New York puisque le meilleur burger de l’histoire du burger est à Berlin. Au Burgermeister. L’endroit en soi est assez extraordinaire. Situé sous les rails du métro aérien (U1), en face de la station Schlesisches Tor, le Burgermeister occupe une petite guérite verte Art Déco qui abritait autrefois les toilettes publiques… On commande son cheeseburger et ses frites, on prend son ticket et on attend que son numéro s’affiche quand la commande est prête. Ils ont même pensé à nos petits corps meurtris par le froid berlinois en mettant des vitres tout autour du Burgermeister, pour que l’on puisse attendre et manger sans perdre l’usage de ses doigts. Ding. Numéro 28. C’est à nous. On s’approche solennellement pour venir prendre son burger que l’on mange religieusement jusqu’à la dernière miette. Viande délicieuse, pain grillé juste ce qu’il faut, oignons, tomates et cornichons frais…
L’autre avantage du Burgermeister, c’est qu’il est situé au carrefour de la vie nocturne de Kreuzberg. Sa petite lumière accueillante sera donc là pour vous guider à toute heure du jour et de la nuit: à 18h (parce que vous n’avez mangé qu’un Frühstück depuis le matin et que c’est l’heure à laquelle votre estomac se réveille), à minuit (après le bar et avant le club) ou à 4h du mat, après une nuit mouvementée.
Voilà. Nous vous souhaitons un bon Burgasme. De rien, c’est normal.
